Gary Piefer, MD, MsMM, CPE, FAAFP
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Gary Piefer is a noted healthcare leader and innovator with a breadth of experience in highly effective medical management, physician leadership, medical practice transformation, team building and change leadership. Dr. Piefer currently serves as Chief Medical Officer for WhiteGlove Health and has previously served as Chief Medical Officer for Evolent Health and WellMed Medical Management. In addition, Dr. Piefer has held senior management positions with the Seton Family of Hospitals in Austin, Texas.
In his roles as Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Piefer has been responsible for transforming medical management and physician practice operations, as well as the design, development and implementation of a chronic care delivery model focused on integration and care coordination. He has also guided the development of complex case management and quality improvement programs for the management of chronic disease.
Dr. Piefer is a graduate of the University of Houston College of Pharmacy, The University of Texas Medical School at Houston, and The University of Texas at Dallas School of Management. He is currently a Fellow with the American Academy of Family Physicians and American College of Physician Executives. He has served in several capacities at the local and state level for the Texas Academy of Family Physicians and speaks regularly to organizations regarding the critical competencies required to develop, lead and govern a successful physician enterprise entering the arena of value-based care.
Chief Administration Officer
Tim Lynch is responsible for executive leadership over Human Resources and Operations to provide resourcing and corporate infrastructure to promote departmental and intercompany performance, integration and scalability in support of business units’ strategic goals.
In this enterprise role, Lynch supports functions related to budgeting, resourcing, regulatory compliance, risk management and facilities management to enhance company capabilities and profitability. Mr. Lynch looks to maintain and build an organization that promotes, quality of facility, and overall standards in supporting guiding principles and culture for WhiteGlove Health and its sister company Glenridge HealthCare Solutions.
Mr. Lynch works alongside the Presidents and executive team to support internal strategic planning and partner interaction for long-term and short-term goals and objectives. Additionally, he supports business development and client payer services in product development, manipulating staffing models, monitoring productivity and quality controls to achieve performance standards. Mr. Lynch directs company operations to meet budget and financial goals in conjunction with the CFO to manage and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goal management.
Since joining Glenridge HealthCare Solutions in 2001, his experience has included Network Development, Project Management, Administration, and Consulting of national healthplan support negotiating hospital contracts, language structures, reimbursement methodologies, team management, software implementation, financial analysis, and auditing.In national healthplan engagements, Mr. Lynch supported hospital contract departments by working with legal teams, analyzing payment structures, and impacts related to medical budgets, training, and utilizing client systems to develop project reporting and measure client objectives. Prior to joining Glenridge, Mr. Lynch served as practice manager for a large medical group in North Carolina and as a Healthcare Consultant for Pricewaterhouse Coopers.Tim offers a comprehensive professional and clinical knowledge base coupled with a Bachelor of Science in Health, Policy and Administration from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from University of Maryland.
