The prices listed above are introductory prices good through April 30, 2011.

As a WhiteGlove member, you pay a fixed $35 visit fee that gives you medical care either in person, at your home or work, or if appropriate, over the phone 365 days a year, 8am to 8pm. For our members, we lower and cap their chronic care costs. No more surprises. Our service includes medical care that comes to you, phone consultation and follow-up, automated scheduling of in-person, phone, and diagnostic visits, automated diagnostic test monitoring, and generic prescription medications (with delivery)!

Our chronic care treatment is based on national standards of care and is available to anyone within WhiteGlove's service areas in Arizona, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Texas.

We provide proactive chronic care management for blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes (type-2), and thyroid conditions.

WhiteGlove is not health insurance. We are a medical care provider.
